OUR PRODUCTS

We always ensure that every product sold is subject to the product description and supporting information such as colour, size, estimated delivery dates and guarantees. All our sizes are in United Kingdom standard sizes (You are welcome to email us at jevoketfashiondesigns.com/contactus/com and request for a size guide to be sent to you.

Although, we take make every effort to ensure that the product(s) colour is as precise as possible, unfortunately there may be times when colours shown may differ depending upon the setting of your computer monitor. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colour shown will accurately reflect the colour upon delivery. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all of the product(s) details, descriptions and prices are correct at the time when the information is uploaded onto the website. However, the information may not always exactly reflect the position when you place an order.We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Packaging may vary from that shown. We reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information, price or product promotion has been incorrectly published.

Please be aware that some of our Product(s) have been purchased from branded mainstream stores and thus would have their labels. So as to comply with the legal requirements, all branded store labels are required to be removed for these to be sold on our Website. We endeavour to conduct the process as neatly as possible.Some of our products may have been purchased garment hangers and do not have protective packaging. Such products will be dispatched as lose packaged item. We offer our customers the right to exchange or refund their purchases from our website as explain in return and refund section below.

THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US

You are seeking to enter into a contract with JVT Ltd when you place an order with us. A contract between the customer and Jevoket Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted i.e. at the point where the buyer’s credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods to be despatched. Please be informed that this does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice; kindly refer to our returns policy.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order acknowledgment email of your order containing all of the details of your order and that it is pending. This is NOT an acceptance that your order has been accepted by us but confirmation of receipt of your offer to us to purchase products. Our acceptance of your order will take place once payment has successfully been taken for that order and the Products in that order have been dispatched. We will send you a despatch confirmation email. Any Product(s) on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Despatch Confirmation email to have been despatched do not form part of that contract.

Please note, you may request amendments to an order at any time before  the Order Confirmation and we will make an effort to process amendments to the order received in reasonable time, however, please note that all amendment requests depends on JVTLTD discretion. All amendments can be submitted via email. Otherwise, you can email us via the “Amend An Order” section before the Order Confirmation has been sent making sure that every detail of the order including the name, order number and amendment details are stated there in. If on the other hand we have sent you the order confirmation, you will be unable to submit a request to amend your order. If it is the case that your order has already been dispatched, you are welcome to return the Products to us in accordance with our return policy. We cannot cancel an order or process any refund until the order has been returned to us.

We would send you an email once payment has successfully processed in the method that you provided in respect of the products included in that order. We will also include in the email that the order has been accepted, payment has been successfully taken and that your Product(s) are being packaged and dispatched.

JVT LTD reserves the right to refuse an order. Refusal of an order may be due to the following: the ordered Product(s) being out of stock; our failure to obtain the authorisation of payment; the identification of an error within the Product(s) information, including price and promotion.

If for any reason we are we are unable to supply you with a Product(s) ordered, for any reasons explain above, we will inform you of this as soon as possible by e-mail. If this happens before we have taken payment and sent you the Order Confirmation that part of the order would not be processed. If however, you have already paid and we have sent you a confirmation for that Product(s), we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs paid for that Product(s)as soon as possible.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

You have the legal right as consumersto cancel your order at any time before receiving the Order Confirmation or during a 14 day period from the date the Product(s) are delivered to you. If you change your mind about the product and return them to us within the 14 days date, you would be entitled to receive a refund.To cancel you order, contact us by following one of the methods referred to on the “Contact Us” page of the Website. We also include a link to the web cancellation form to our Order Confirmation. Once we received cancellation request, we will e-mail you to confirm we have received your cancellation request.

It is vital to include full details of your order in your cancellation notice so as to help us to identify it in order to process your request. Your cancellation is effective from the day we receive your request i.e. the date you send us the e-mail or post the letter to us.

The consumer cancelation right may not apply in the case of certain Products, where this is indicated in the relevant Product’s description as suchit is important to read the Product(s) description carefully before placing an order.

If you do not want refund but want to exchange the Product(s) for another, please state on a cover note that is included in the packaging which is return to us; the model number, size and colour of the requested item. Note all exchange requested will be processed at our discretion and subject to availability. Where Product(s) are sent back to us without sufficient information or where we cannot exchange for any reason, we would automatically be considering such request for a cancellation and refund. We reserve the right not to contact any customer to clarify refund/exchange instructions. Acceptable exchange items would be sent free of charge.

If you cancel an order we will use the same payment method to refund you the price you paid for the Product(s) in that cancelled order from the Website. Please note we are legally allowed to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, most especially if this has been caused by your mishandling the products.

We make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in most cases within  14 days after the day on which we receive the Product(s) back from you in its original packaging (or, if you have not received the Product(s) from us, within 14 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel the order).

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

We make every effort to display through this website all items in our current collection. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active displayed on our website. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket.

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT(S) POLICY

If for any reason, you are not delighted with the Product(s) that you have chosen, you may return them to us. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt so far as the goods returned are in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at your option, a refund For full details, please refer to “Our Contact Us” page.Please ensure your name, address and requirements are included.Returned parcels can be held by the returns department and not processed if the parcels received cannot be identified by the details provided within the package. Ensure that you pack your Product(s) securely in suitable packaging material. Parcels may be rejected by us if they are received damaged due to unsecure packaging.

You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the Product(s) to us unless the Product(s)is faulty or not as described. When returning Product(s) to us by post, any loss or damage to them during transit would be your responsibility as such we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery. Any cases of non-delivery of returned Product(s) will not be considered except where there is proof a valid receipt of full postage such as Royal Mail or any other courier service used.

Further  to our returns policy, you have seven working days, beginning the day after receipt to cancel your purchase under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase.

DELIVERY

Delivery time-frames stated are only estimated and may be subject to change including to supplier’s availability. Delivery dates may be subject to postal delays or an event outside our control. We would calculate delivery costs and this would be specified as part of the order process before you place the order on our Website. The delivery cost would be charged in addition to the price of the Product(s). The estimated Delivery Date(s) will depend on the delivery service chosen.Our delivery shall be via Royal Mail or another non-trackable service except  you select next day or nominated day delivery in which event delivery shall be by a courier or other trackable service selected by us.

Delivery is complete once the Product(s) have been delivered to the address you provided to us (or tender delivery at that address). We are not to be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance neither for any duties charges or fees payable on the export or import of any Products; these would be your responsibility.We will consider issuing a refund after upon a complete investigation should a parcel be undelivered to a UK address after 14-21 days from the dispatch date.

We would never declare a parcel as lost until a full investigation with the courier/warehouse/ company/returns department has taken place.

As the delivery dates are estimates only, if we miss the Delivery Date for any Product(s) for reasons within our control, then we will inform you as soon as possible, and will provide you with further reasonable delivery options; this would be at no additional cost to you. If you wish you may cancel the order immediately after we notify you that we will not be able to make any further delivery of those Products.

Delivery may be subject to change and we can accept no legal responsibility for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any times other than the estimated date for delivery. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

PART DELIVERY

If only part of your order is available, we would cancel the out of stock items, we will despatch the items that are in stock and you will not be charged for any items that are not sent to you.

Sometimes, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Product(s) on the Website may be price incorrectly. Whenever we discover an error in the price of the Product(s) you have ordered or about to order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of either continuing to purchase the Product(s) at the correct price or terminating your order. We will only process your order until we have your instructions. In the event that we are unable to contact you with the details you have given us, we would treat the order as cancelled and notify you. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Kindly note that in the event that the error with the prices was obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been acknowledged by you as a mispricing, we will at our discretion not to have to provide the Product(s) to you at the incorrect price.

Please note that although prices for each supplier’s Product(s) may change from time to time, these would not affect any order you have already placed.

We deliver all our Product(s) with a packing slip identifying the customer’s billing and shipping address as well as the Products included in that order but not the costs. You can request an invoice via email giving a breakdown of Products and costs including VAT as soon as the Order Confirmation has been sent. If they live outside of the EU, the invoice provided within the parcel will help applicable customers in claiming a refund of any VAT where this is outstanding at a later date themselves.Note we do not provide any further details apart from the invoice. JVT Ltd does not currently runthe VAT Retail Export Scheme that offers Tax Free Shopping to customers and businesses within and outside of the EU.

WAYS TO PAY

We accept most major cards in a secure online environment. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and PayPal.  All transactions are shown in pounds (£) sterling. All prices are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC), then your sales tax will be zero. However, if your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the most current rate. As we cannot predict any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country, it would be your responsibility to pay those charges. We are unable to accept payment via cheque.

LIABILITY

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are responsible for any loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result if we fail to comply with these Terms, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an apparentresult of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time an order was placed on JVT Website.

Our Product(s) are intend supplied only for domestic and private use. You come to an agreement not to use the Product(s) for any business or resale and commercialpurposes. JVT LTDhas no liability to you for any consequential or indirect loss/damage or loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of business opportunity.

We will not be legally responsible for any failure to perform and duties to you (or delay in performance) of, any of our responsibilities under these Terms if this is caused by any act or occurrence beyond our reasonable control. These occurrences include without limitation strikes,  other industrial action by third parties, civil unrest, riot, invasion,war (or threat or preparation for war),  terrorist attack (including threat of terrorist attack), natural occurrences such as fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster. Other occurrences include situations whereby there is a failure of both public and private telecommunications networks or unfeasibility of the use of, shipping, aircraft, railways, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

Conclusively, ouroverall liability to you in respect of any losses arising as result of non-delivery of the Product(s) ordered by you shall in no situations exceed the cost of the Product(s) ordered but not delivered.

This liability terms shall survive termination of the agreement between you and us.

PROMOTIONS AND PROMOTIONAL VOUCHER USE

JVT LTD may sometimes run promotions.  Please note that some of these promotions may only be available to customers in certain

geographical areas. Promotional voucher codes may only be redeemed once per registered account in the period of any given promotion published on JVTLTD website or received directly by either by leaflet/email/text/social media.

WAIVER

If we do not insist that you implement any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not apply our rights against you, or if there is postponement in doing so, does not mean that we have relinquished our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those responsibilities. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service,will only do so in writing, and signed by a Director.
